I love my new Techsew GC0302! I can't believe how it powers right thru multiple layers of fabric. With my old machine I had to constantly pull and tug the fabric, no more with the Techsew! The staff are also very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks guys!

Upon receipt of my recently acquired used sewing machine and operating components, I discovered that the arm on the motor had accidentally broken off during transit. Without hesitation, Raphael accepted to collect the broken motor and to replace it. Returning the motor and receiving its replacement took no more than 5 business days. And to my utter surprise and beyond expectation, I opened the box to find a brand new motor to replace the used one I had purchased. And this, at no extra charge. This was a very pleasant customer-service experience for me and a super gesture from Raphael Sewing. I really appreciate the "upgrade". Anne

I received the machine yesterday and wanted to pass along to you that it is "just what the doctor ordered" !!!! I Love It and I have only been able to play with it for a few hours. I was like a kid on Christmas morning....I don't believe I have ever received anything that was so carefully wrapped. You were a pleasure to work with. We need more honest, dependable, caring people such as yourself in this world...

Thank you for shipping my machine so fast. I am very impressed. Thank you! You did a great job packing. I made my horse a saddle pad, my Techsew went through 1 inch of material like it was butter. Thanks for all of your help, I have already sewed 2 projects, and am very pleased with the performance of my GA5-1!

Yesterday my sewing machine finally arrived here in Alaska. Boy, you guys did a great packaging job, somebody could have dropped it out of an airplane and it would have still been ok.
