Upon receipt of my recently acquired used sewing machine and operating components, I discovered that the arm on the motor had accidentally broken off during transit. Without hesitation, Raphael accepted to collect the broken motor and to replace it. Returning the motor and receiving its replacement took no more than 5 business days. And to my utter surprise and beyond expectation, I opened the box to find a brand new motor to replace the used one I had purchased. And this, at no extra charge. This was a very pleasant customer-service experience for me and a super gesture from Raphael Sewing. I really appreciate the "upgrade". Anne
